Our AMC Services covers

  • Preventive visit, Once in a Month (Blower Dusting service (FOR Desktop) and Software junk / Temp File Cleaning).
  • Visits to Authorized Service Centers will be done by us.
  • Both Software & Hardware Service Maintenance included.
  • Physical damages are not covered under AMC.
  • Currently we serve AMC clients in Mumbai and Thane area, if in case the PC (under AMC) is transferred anywhere in these areas then AMC will be continue, otherwise AMC will be terminated without any refund.
  • PC / Laptop AMC is Non-Refundable, Non- Transferrable.
  • During the AMC period no other Hardware technician, other than sent from Kazisolution should be allowed to make major changes in the system.
  • Call will be attended Within 24 to 48 Working hours.
  • All AMC Logs (records) are saved with us for Future reference.
  • Chip level Works like Motherboard Repair, Monitor Repair, Printer Repair, Laptop Repair… as per Chargeable.
  • Computer/Laptop and server related networking queries will be handled by us, any other type of devices in the network like… Attendance machine, Billing machine, M-POS…..are Chargeable as actual.
  • Printer and Scanner maintain / repairs are chargeable as actual.
